You’ve built a life that looks convincing from the outside. But something feels off - a misalignment you can sense but not name, let alone transform.
If you are nodding - I felt like this for most of my life. My brilliant mind fast-tracked me through impressive hoops (top grades, Oxford PhD at 26, publishing, the German Parliament) and I lived squarely in my head. What I most definitely did not believe in was anything metaphysical or 'woo-woo'.
In 2015, I experienced my first Reiki session. The impact was immediate and profound - it changed the course of my life. I have since become a Reiki Teacher and Energy Healer, working online and in person from my finca in Southern Spain, supported by nature and my horses.
The journey from my head back to my heart has been life-changing. Learning to read, embrace, and treasure my complex inner world, I have become so much more resilient, true to myself, clear, and confident than I ever imagined possible. CHAPTER 01.
1-1 TRANFORMATION WORK
So much is possible when we stop working exclusively at the level of the mind.
I wish I had known earlier that I can simply pay someone and - within an hour - have clarity on a topic, feel relief from the emotions tied to it, and experience the world differently.
Combining Reiki with ThetaHealing and EmotionCode Kinesiology, I help you translate the invisible. We'll clear the patterns running your life from the shadows and make way for your truest desires, gifts, and expression to emerge.
I also co-create healing sessions with my amazing horses.

You might not realise that you are just one session away from channeling healing energy with your hands.
Reiki is a time-tried Japanese modality using a specific, unique energetic frequency. You need no spiritual background and no special gifts to connect with the powerful Reiki energy instantaneously, just the right guidance.
I teach a modernised version of the Japanese Healing System which integrates intellect and intuition. I offer certifications in all the Reiki Levels, as well as ‘Reiki Pulse’ - my membership for Reiki practitioners of all levels and lineages.

MASTERY IN MANIFESTATION
Are you missing a simple daily practice for creating your future consciously, instead of constantly fixing the drama you created yesterday?
Mastery in Manifestation is an ongoing, subscription-based bootcamp for those beautiful souls who have decided to claim their birthright as conscious creators.
Each person first receives a Soul Key - a frequency blueprint we channel together 1-1 - that becomes the energetic anchor. From there you build the energy, trust, and clarity to share your high-frequency vision with the group - and the universe - in our temple space.
CHAPTER 04.
WOMEN’S CIRCLES
If you’re in the area, why don’t you join one of my women’s circles? We meet monthly on Saturdays, 3-6pm on our beautiful Finca.
This is a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself, release what was never your’s to hold, and call in your desires for the month to come, all while being held in sweet and supportive sisterhood. There will be laughter and maybe tears, ceremonial cacao and tarot cards, Reiki, discussions, sharing, and meditations/clearings.

Come Home to Yourself
Here is a little guided energy clearing for you to use whenever you feel numb, disconnected, or scattered. We come back ‘home’ to ourselves when we release all the energies in our system which we took on from others AND when we call back all parts of ourselves that we left behind in the world, with other people, places or objects.
