Of all the healing modalities I have encountered, I find Reiki to be the most accessible, efficient and democratic, available to anyone after just one attunement. This is why I founded New Earth School of Reiki in 2020, to bring this beautiful modality to as many people as possible, so that we can take healing into our own hands, and co-create a New Earth together.

WHAT IS REIKI?
Renowned across the globe, The Reiki Healing System was created about 100 years ago in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui. The Japanese word ‘Rei-ki’ is often translated as ‘universal life force’ or ‘soul energy’. Personally, I would call it pure love, an intelligent energy that touching every layer of our identity - Mind, Body and Soul.
At New Earth School of Reiki, we teach a modernised version of the Japanese Healing System that integrates intellect and intuition. Experience rapid healing, real empowerment, and a lifetime of self-trust.

FOCUS ON THE PHYSICAL
REIKI LEVEL I - FOUNDATION
This is your initiation. Three attunements open your channel to Reiki for the first time. You learn to feel energy in your hands, give Reiki to yourself, and eventually to others. Most students describe the first attunement as "coming home." By the end, you can give a confident hands-on session, but more importantly, you have a daily practice that regulates your nervous system and fills your cup first.
You leave with - Hands that heal. Confidence in your ability to hold space for yourself and others with Reiki. A self-care practice. The 5 Reiki principles. Deep subconscious reprogramming about what is possible.

FOCUS ON THE MENTAL
REIKI LEVEL II - EXPANSION
Three new attunements connect you to the Reiki symbols — each with a distinct energetic frequency. You learn Distance Reiki - sending healing across space and time to anyone, anywhere. Past. Future. Across the planet. This is where your intellectual mind has to surrender - because it works, and you'll feel it. You will get feedback from your trial clients. Your understanding of what's possible permanently expands.
You leave with - The ability to heal without physical presence. A deeper toolkit. A shifted sense of reality. Deep subconscious reprogramming about what you can access and effect without being physically present.

FOCUS ON THE SPIRITUAL
REIKI LEVEL III - MASTERY
The Master level. One attunement to the Master Symbol — "Great Shining Light." This is not about perfection. It's about integrating the truth that you ARE love, always have been, always will be. This level is where Reiki becomes an integral part of your life, and you invite it even more deeply. Mastery means staying a humble learner while embodying Reiki as a way of being, not just doing.
You leave with - The Master symbol. Deep personal healing. The quiet knowing that you can't turn Reiki off - because it's who you are. A clearer sense of your purpose and the practical next steps of living it.

FOCUS ON TEACHING
REIKI LEVEL IV - TRANSMISSION
The Teacher level. By application only. You learn to give attunements and teach others. But more than technique, this is about discovering YOUR unique flavour - what you stand for, what makes your lineage yours. We go deep into your journey, your gifts, your purpose. This is a true mentorship - I guide you until you're ready to stand on your own.
You leave with - The ability to initiate others into Reiki. Clarity as a teacher. Your own school, your own way.

No! Anyone can learn Reiki at any age and with any previous knowledge.

No incense required. No beliefs to adopt. This is practical energy work -hands, intention, presence. Many of my students are lawyers, academics, and professionals who wanted something grounded, not floaty.
Reiki adapts to you—not the other way around. You might make different lifestyle choices as you grow but you can be whoever you want to be.

Absolutely not. Reiki flows through you but doesn’t take from you. In fact, you get charged up yourself!

Reiki is gentle by nature - it only releases what you're ready to release. But Reiki is also strongly detoxifying and so things can surface - old feelings, memories, whatever your system no longer wants to carry around. This is why I teach 1-1. I have a lot of experience helping clients turn ashes into diamonds and you will never be alone with what comes up. You are supported by Reiki, and I'm with you every step, holding the space, helping you integrate. In fact, one intention of my Reiki courses is to shine light on deep unhelpful patterns so they can transform.

Yes! Distance Reiki is just as powerful and attunements work in the same way because hey, we are operating outside of time and space here anyway. In a way, being taught online is more flexible, but you will also experience deeper reprogramming as to what you believe to be possible and true.

Some people are subtle feelers. Not sensing fireworks doesn't mean nothing is happening. I'll help you notice what's actually shifting — often it shows up in your life before your body registers it consciously.

You sit quietly while I work with your energy field — live on Zoom. Most people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Some feel emotional. Some feel nothing obvious but notice shifts later. It works either way.

Not at all. Most students learn for themselves — self-care, nervous system support, a tool for life. Use it on yourself, your kids, your pets. What you do with it is up to you.
