Of all the healing modalities I have experienced, I find Reiki to be the most accessible one. ANYONE can use it immediately. This is a gift you and your loved ones will benefit from for a lifetime.
Any of my 1-1 Usui Reiki courses will meet you exactly where you are on your unique journey and guide you to becoming a certified, confident Reiki practitioner. You will receive the in-depth knowledge, practical skills, and personalised guidance required to make Reiki a powerful part of your life. I lovingly call my approach ‘Real Life Reiki’ because, for me, things need to be practical and have tangible effects. Every Reiki level exponentially raises your capacity to channel Reiki.
My teaching style is passionate and dedicated. No one-size-fits-it-all approach but a true mentorship - beyond the courses. While you journey, at your own pace, I am firmly by your side with advice and support through WhatsApp. During our 1-1 sessions you receive the Reiki attunements which connect you with the frequency.
What makes my work truly unique is that I don't teach Reiki in isolation. Every course includes my signature 1-1 work, fusing ThetaHealing and kinesiology, so we clear what is in the way of you embodying the energy. You’ll develop your psychic senses and connect deeply with your ability to feel yourself and others.
WHAT IS REIKI?
The Reiki Healing System was created about 100 years ago in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui. ‘Reiki’ refers to two things. First, to Usui’s method for creating a happy, healthy life. And second, to a specific intelligent energy, of ultimately unknown origin, which touches every layer of our identity - Mind, Body and Soul.
I like to call Reiki ‘unconditional love with a particular flavour’, as the frequency of Reiki is distinctly recognisable. One of my students said ‘REIKI MAKES IT VERY HARD TO LIE TO MYSELF’, and this is a brilliant summary of what Reiki does. It lovingly nudges us to become the truest version of ourselves.
Reiki is transmitted, not taught, passed from teacher to student through attunements that open an energetic channel you carry for life. Your lineage matters.
FIRST THINGS FIRST…..
FOCUS ON THE PHYSICAL
REIKI LEVEL I - FOUNDATION
We meet online or offline for 3 sessions, in each of which you receive an attunement and a deep, personalised energy healing. You can ask your questions and I guide you each step of the way. Between sessions, which you time according to your own pace, you go through the online course - with teaching resources, healings, and clearings. I am available on WhatsApp for questions and celebrations.
For the first time, you will feel the incredible love of Reiki flowing through your own system and we immediately start playing with the energy in session 1. Most students describe the first attunement as "coming home." You first focus on self-Reiki and then on treating others hands-on.
You complete R1 with - Hands that heal. Confidence in your ability to hold space for yourself and others with Reiki. A self-care practice to balance your nervous system and release stuck energies. The 5 Reiki principles. Deep subconscious reprogramming about what is possible. R1 Certificate.

FOCUS ON THE MENTAL
REIKI LEVEL II - EXPANSION
In 5 sessions, paced at your own preference, we will build on your R1 skills, whether you were previously taught by me or not. You have already learned to trust the power of Reiki flowing through your hands. now it is time to further expand your understanding of what is possible!
Three new attunements, online or offline, connect you to 3 sacred Reiki symbols - each with a unique energetic frequency you can use in sessions. I teach you how to send Distance Reiki using the symbols, directing Reiki across time and space to wherever healing is required (Inner Child, Past Lives, Ancestors, Friends & Family, Clients, Global Issues…..).
Together, we will develop your own style of giving distance sessions.
You complete R2 with - Deep subconscious reprogramming about what you can effect without being physically present. A deeper toolkit. A shifted sense of reality. Your capacity to channel Reiki exponentially expanded. R2 certificate.

FOCUS ON THE SPIRITUAL
REIKI LEVEL III - MASTERY
R3 is where everything deepens — your connection, your practice, and your ability to hold space for profound transformation.
Many teachers exclusively teach R3 and R4 together. I teach them separately, so that those with no desire to teach can still access the Master Symbol attunement — and exponentially raise the power of their channel. 'Let Your Great Light Shine' is the message of R3. At this stage, Reiki becomes non-negotiable - an essential part of who you are. Mastery isn't about perfection, it's about choosing to let Reiki touch every part of your life.
Practically, we meet for three sessions. Beforehand, I tune into where you are on your Reiki journey and we define your growth edges. The wisdom of the Master Symbol, combined with my intuitive healing sessions, brings you firmly into your power and sense of purpose.
You complete R3 with - The Master symbol. Deep personal healing. The quiet knowing that you can't turn Reiki off - because it's who you are. A clearer sense of your purpose and the practical next steps of living it. R3 Certificate.

FOCUS ON TEACHING
REIKI LEVEL IV - TRANSMISSION
The Teacher level. By application only. You learn to give attunements and teach others. But more than technique, this is about discovering YOUR unique flavour - what you stand for, what makes your lineage yours. We go deep into your journey, your gifts, your purpose. This is a true mentorship - I guide you until you're ready to stand on your own.
You leave with - The ability to initiate others into Reiki. Clarity as a teacher. Your own school, your own way.

No incense required. No beliefs to adopt. This is practical energy work -hands, intention, presence. Many of my students are lawyers, academics, and professionals who wanted something grounded, not floaty.
Reiki adapts to you—not the other way around. You might make different lifestyle choices as you grow but you can be whoever you want to be.

Absolutely not. Reiki flows through you but doesn’t take from you. In fact, you get charged up yourself!

Reiki is gentle by nature - it only releases what you're ready to release. But Reiki is also strongly detoxifying and so things can surface - old feelings, memories, whatever your system no longer wants to carry around. This is why I teach 1-1. I have a lot of experience helping clients turn ashes into diamonds and you will never be alone with what comes up. You are supported by Reiki, and I'm with you every step, holding the space, helping you integrate. In fact, one intention of my Reiki courses is to shine light on deep unhelpful patterns so they can transform.

Yes! Distance Reiki is just as powerful and attunements work in the same way because hey, we are operating outside of time and space here anyway. In a way, being taught online is more flexible, but you will also experience deeper reprogramming as to what you believe to be possible and true.

Some people are subtle feelers. Not sensing fireworks doesn't mean nothing is happening. I'll help you notice what's actually shifting — often it shows up in your life before your body registers it consciously.

You sit quietly while I work with your energy field — live on Zoom. Most people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Some feel emotional. Some feel nothing obvious but notice shifts later. It works either way.

Not at all. Most students learn for themselves — self-care, nervous system support, a tool for life. Use it on yourself, your kids, your pets. What you do with it is up to you.
