Growing up in a hyper intellectual family, I soon learnt to hide my highly-sensitive, deeply-feeling, ADHD self behind discipline and achievement.
I earned a Ph.D. in English Literature from Oxford University, studied medicine and biochemistry, and worked in publishing and the German Parliament. In other words, I learnt to live squarely in my head.
Then, in 2015, I experienced Energy Medicine for the first time. I was astonished by its immediate and profound impact, which completely changed the course of my life. I have since become a Reiki Teacher and Energy Healer, offering transformative experiences online and at our beautiful finca here in Southern Spain, with the support of nature and our dear horses.
The journey from my head back to my heart has been a long yet life-changing one. I would be honoured to accompany you on that journey too.

1-1 TRANFORMATION WORK

When energetic imbalances are ignored for a long time - by ourselves, our ancestors, or the collective - this eventually manifests as suffering in the physical plane. This is why tending to our energetic health is so important - and often so much faster and easier to create lasting change.
Combining Reiki with Hypnosis, ThetaHealing and Applied Kinesiology, I help you translate the invisible. We’ll clear the patterns running your life from the shadows, and make way for your truest desires, gifts, and expression to emerge.

The deep and instant peace Reiki brings to literally everyone I work with still fill me with awe.
If you wish to learn more about energy healing - be it out of curiosity, to help you and your family, or to treat clients - Reiki is one of the easiest modalities to learn, and the perfect starting point for the smart, sensitive, slightly sceptical person (like I once was!). I offer both group and private trainings in Reiki I-III, as well as mentorships for Reiki Healers.
Reiki isn’t just a magical life improvement tool. It trains us to listen deeply to ourselves and others. To connect to the body, not just to the brain. To remember that we are not lone egos, but part of a deeply loving, infinitely powerful energy field.

MASTERY IN MANIFESTATION
My signature program offers you a tried-and-true framework for manifestation - not through spiritual bypassing or toxic positivity, but by releasing limiting beliefs, regulating your nervous system, and reclaiming your power and vastness. This is about co-creating with life, walking the fine line between owning your dreams and desires AND trusting the divine forces that are at play. Sometimes, what we manifest is external, sometimes it is an entirely new inner reality.
Mastery in Manifestation includes both 1-1 and group work with me, your very own SoulKey, and a supportive community of brave souls to journey alongside you.
CHAPTER 04.
WOMEN’S CIRCLES
Join our Women’s Circles at the beautiful Finca Ayamonte, near Sotogrande (Southern Spain). Bring your girlfriends and enjoy 3 hours in the company of open-hearted women, with Tarot Cards, Ceremonial Cacao, Meditation and Healing.
We meet monthly on Saturdays, 1500-1800. This is a chance to reconnect with yourself, release what’s not yours to hold, and call in your desires for the month to come, all while being held in sweet and supportive sisterhood.
