This is your initiation. Three attunements open your channel to Reiki for the first time. You learn to feel energy in your hands, give Reiki to yourself, and eventually to others. Most students describe the first attunement as "coming home." By the end, you can give a confident hands-on session, but more importantly, you have a daily practice that regulates your nervous system and fills your cup first.

You leave with - Hands that heal. Confidence in your ability to hold space for yourself and others with Reiki. A self-care practice. The 5 Reiki principles. Deep subconscious reprogramming about what is possible.

REIKI LEVEL IV - TRANSMISSION

The Teacher level. By application only. You learn to give attunements and teach others. But more than technique, this is about discovering YOUR unique flavour - what you stand for, what makes your lineage yours. We go deep into your journey, your gifts, your purpose. This is a true mentorship - I guide you until you're ready to stand on your own.

  • No! Anyone can learn Reiki at any age and with any previous knowledge.

  • Nope! Reiki is recognised in hospitals and studies for its benefits and can be measured.

  • No incense required. No beliefs to adopt. This is practical energy work -hands, intention, presence. Many of my students are lawyers, academics, and professionals who wanted something grounded, not floaty.

    Reiki adapts to you—not the other way around. You might make different lifestyle choices as you grow but you can be whoever you want to be.

  • Absolutely not. Reiki flows through you but doesn’t take from you. In fact, you get charged up yourself!

  • Reiki is gentle by nature - it only releases what you're ready to release. But Reiki is also strongly detoxifying and so things can surface - old feelings, memories, whatever your system no longer wants to carry around. This is why I teach 1-1. I have a lot of experience helping clients turn ashes into diamonds and you will never be alone with what comes up. You are supported by Reiki, and I'm with you every step, holding the space, helping you integrate. In fact, one intention of my Reiki courses is to shine light on deep unhelpful patterns so they can transform. 

  • Yes! Distance Reiki is just as powerful and attunements work in the same way because hey, we are operating outside of time and space here anyway. In a way, being taught online is more flexible, but you will also experience deeper reprogramming as to what you believe to be possible and true.

  • Some people are subtle feelers. Not sensing fireworks doesn't mean nothing is happening. I'll help you notice what's actually shifting — often it shows up in your life before your body registers it consciously.

  • You sit quietly while I work with your energy field — live on Zoom. Most people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Some feel emotional. Some feel nothing obvious but notice shifts later. It works either way.

  • Not at all. Most students learn for themselves — self-care, nervous system support, a tool for life. Use it on yourself, your kids, your pets. What you do with it is up to you.

  • I teach a modernized, no-nonsense version. No outdated rules or unnecessary ritual. I integrate insights from ThetaHealing, Kinesiology, and BodyCode — so you understand how energy actually works, not just what to do.
